Kelly Jackson is an AVP – Data and Analytics at Principal, leading the Benefits and Protection Data and Analytics teams. She has a 25-year career spanning roles in software engineering, data architecture, and data analytics, with over 15 years of leadership in these spaces. Kelly is an alumna of Northwest Missouri State University with degrees in international business and computer science and earned an MBA from Drake University.
