Nick co-founded Xcela out of frustration with the slow, inconsistent, and outdated processes in securing life insurance policies. He questioned why the experience had to be so drawn-out and unreliable. This led to the creation of Xcela, where the sales process will be faster, more consistent, and ultimately more human.
